company Revamp = Poor employee

the new company policy is driving.. i cant say all, but 80% of the people crazy.

Some hR ppl tot they are smart alec, but he din not realise that he is cutting on his own benefits too. Another hR personel kept taking leaves but yet told us that Marriage leave is not allow & Paternity is only 3days.Information i heard was he took 3 weeks marriage leave & 3 weeks paternity leaves.

when our rightful leaves are capped at 16 days now. how he take 6 weeks of leave w/o unpaid huh????

actaully this din really affect local staff much, just feel buay siong when medical leave could not longer encash. Pity the EPs more. no more casual leaves for them.. Poor Souls.......

Let see what else comes up during the increment period.. Buck up Lancoians, at least for the next 2 mths.

Am really fucking frustrated with his fucking CRy baby character. I seriously don't knw whose character did he took over but it's really getting on my nerves. Just 1 small simple thing, he can cry the hell outta it. I really need to vent out.. Else I will be next to go bonkers esp in this hse.

Mayb it's just me... Am just not good engf to be a mother..
